Main benefits when creating an account:

1- Orders follow up
You can now create an account. Please keep your password safe and share it with your team members who will be placing orders. You must identify an email address of your pharmacy which is consulted regularly. This email will allow you to follow up on your price estimates, know the status of your orders (including delivery) and recover your password.

2- Quick renewal of an existing order
With this function, it is now easy to reorder a preparation already carried out previously. However, it is important to note that all parameters will be kept identical (quantity, name of contact person and name of pharmacist on duty) as entered during the first order. A new order must therefore be submitted if you wish to change the quantity of your preparation.

3- Access to the list of temporary DINs for out-of-stock medications covered by RAMQ
With the creation of the account, you will be able to access the list of out-of-stock medications that we are able to prepare. This list also informs you of the temporary DINs assigned by RAMQ.
